The opportunity: Member Support Consultants (MSC''s) at our Myaree club play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base. MSC''s are the first point of contact for prospective members and inspire them to start their wellness journey with us. They help thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves. The role of an MSC is highly varied, with two primary goals: achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through excellent customer service. MSC''s are experts in all things Goodlife: They switch seamlessly between sales and lead generation, provide exceptional service, and proactively communicate with current members to enhance their experience and improve retention. Responsibilities Contribute proactively to club sales targets through promotions and referral campaigns. Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities. Make the required number of lead contacts via phone to maximize sales. Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members. Create positive, personalized member experiences. Achieve successful outcomes to inquiries. Open and close the club according to the roster. Participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey. Conduct regular service calls to engage members and promote club products that enhance their results. About you: Current First Aid & CPR certificates. Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and a desire to help others succeed. Problem-solving skills and resilience. Outstanding communication skillslistening, understanding, empathizing, and influencing. Tenacity and a drive to meet targets and team goals.
