This position is intended for individuals with significant sales achievements, demonstrated advanced selling skills, and consistent positive sales results. Manages the sales territory independently with limited supervision.Role and ResponsibilitiesEstablishment and Achievement of Objectives:Sales and Marketing: Applies understanding of 3Ms brand and innovation story, key value propositions, and applications to maximize revenue. Demonstrates and trains customers on product applications. Collaborates with the business to identify target audiences and contributes to marketing plans. Develops and implements Key Account Plans and manages end-user accounts in CRM.Coordination and Planning: Plans and manages time and resources effectively for coverage, communication, and other responsibilities.Administration: Maintains and communicates account and prospect information; manages company resources and sales support materials.Leadership: Exhibits leadership with accounts, prospects, and peers. Accepts direction and assumes leadership roles as appropriate. Develops mentoring and coaching skills. Persuades others to action and fosters collaboration among team members.Development: Continuously learns and improves skills related to the market, products, applications, selling, and administration.Policy: Applies the business unit''s sales policies, practices, and procedures.Qualifications Bachelor''s degree or relevant experience in the Graphics industry is preferred.Experience in Print, Signage, Architectural Graphics is preferred.Proficiency with computers, including basic PC software and specialized sales software.Extensive knowledge of product lines, customer segments, markets, and competitive landscape.Work LocationVictoria, MelbourneWork Your Way Eligible (remote, on-site, or hybrid options)Supporting Your Well-being3M offers programs to support your physical and financial well-being.
