Job Description

The Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) supports the Field Marketing Manager (FMM) in building the local face of RedBull in their state in line with the global and national strategies and priorities. They establish local field networks, encompassing scene experts and opinion leaders across both online platforms and in person. With a core focus on the sports playground and fitness occasion, the FMS Active Lifestyle, plays a crucial role in creating and implementing marketing initiatives that drive credibility and connection in these spaces.While their expertise lies in sports, they also support the broader marketing mix, collaborating with Student Marketing, Culture, RedBull Media Network, and other channels to integrate their work across the business. Additionally, they leverage opportunities in On Premise, Off Premise, and New Business channels, tailoring strategies to meet local needs and specificities. They effectively engage with local consumers, influencing their preferences and behaviors. It''s important to note that the role of a FMS is dynamic and active, as they are consistently engaged ''in the field'' rather than confined to an office environment.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain local field networks with scene experts and opinion leaders.Create and implement marketing initiatives focused on sports and active lifestyles.Collaborate with various marketing channels such as Student Marketing, Culture, and Media Networks.Identify and leverage opportunities across On Premise, Off Premise, and New Business channels.Engage with local consumers to influence preferences and behaviors.Plan, manage, and execute events related to active lifestyles.QualificationsUniversity degree in Marketing, Business, Events, or at least 5 years of relevant experience.Mid-level marketing experience with a network within sport and active lifestyle in Victoria/Tasmania.Strong interpersonal, networking, and collaboration skills, with a passion for local sport culture.Experience in planning, managing, and executing events.Additional InformationTravel requirement: 20-30%.Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. #J-18808-Ljbffr
