This is a dynamic leadership role offering the opportunity to drive performance, support teams, and improve employment outcomes for job seekers in regional and remote communities.This role will be based primarily in Cairns , but may require travel to other regions as listed below.Description:About The RoleAs the Employment Services Manager, you will:Lead and manage high-performing teams across multiple sitesEnsure contract compliance and achievement of performance targetsFoster strong stakeholder relationships with employers, government agencies.Drive innovation and continuous improvement across employment programsProvide strategic oversight and on-the-ground support during the expansion of servicesKey ResponsibilitiesOversee operations of Workforce Australia in Cairns and TownsvilleManage the successful delivery of Transition to Work services in Alice SpringsCoach and develop staff to ensure quality service delivery and participant outcomesAnalyse data and report on performance metrics to inform strategyUphold organisational values and a culture of excellence and accountabilitySkills and Experiences:About YouYou bring strong leadership capability and a deep understanding of employment services in Australia.
