Job Title: Manager, Insights, Data and Reporting The Manager, Insights, Data and Reporting leads the functions of providing strategic insights and analysis of the performance of Solar Victoria''s programs. They gather and analyse customer feedback through the Voice of Customer Program and provide program modelling and forecasting activities. They also contribute to corporate reporting activities and other organisational and program reporting functions as required. Leveraging a range of internal and external data points, the Manager works closely with colleagues across the organisation to improve the timeliness of reporting and to uplift the quality of insights. This supports Solar Victoria''s Leadership team to make informed, data-driven decisions. Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications Demonstrated experience in analytics, business intelligence, or business analysis disciplines. Senior level experience in providing reports and briefs of a strategic and tactical nature. This is a fixed-term position available until 30 June 2028. The successful candidate can choose a base location in either Melbourne or Morwell, with hybrid work arrangements also available.
