About The Role An exciting new opportunity has become available at ARRCS for the position of Facilities and Maintenance Manager. This role involves overseeing maintenance services across all ARRCS sites in the Northern Territory. You will ensure that sites meet legislative and safety standards for residents, visitors, staff, and contractors. The role also includes providing guidance on major projects such as new developments, refurbishments, and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have a background in trades, knowledge of local contractors and suppliers, and familiarity with WHS and Emergency legislation. Experience in facility and asset management, auditing, record keeping, and safety policies is essential. You should be supportive, approachable, capable of managing sites remotely, and willing to travel to remote areas of the Northern Territory.
