As 3IC, you will be a key member of the store leadership team, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences. You will lead by example, inspiring your team through your energy and passion, coaching them to deliver outstanding in-store experiences. Your contribution will directly impact the stores success by helping achieve daily sales targets and maintaining high standards of store operations. You will be responsible for: Modeling excellent customer service consistently Driving service outcomes by coaching the team to prioritize service over tasks Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving sales and KPIs Utilizing financial reports to identify trends and implement action plans Assisting with visual merchandising and promotional launches Participating in recruiting, onboarding, and developing team members Upholding retail standards and visual presentation Collaborating with the Back of House team to ensure product availability and operational excellence WHO YOU ARE You should have: Experience in a customer-facing role Previous retail experience in a leadership or key holder position A results-driven mindset with a track record of leading teams to meet KPIs A positive attitude and strong communication skills A passion for learning and a growth mindset Enthusiasm for sports fashion and sharing your knowledge to build brand loyalty The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?
