About the role Reporting to the Store Manager, youll have full accountability for store operations during the evening and night trade. As a Night Trading Manager, youll guide team members, allocate tasks, and provide support and direction to deliver exceptional customer service. About you and your skills Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment Leadership experience to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, manage costs, and handle rostering Maintain visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards to inspire customers Customer obsession and a desire to understand our diverse customers Drive a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes health, safety, and wellbeing Whats in it for you?
