You will collaborate closely with the compliance, legal, and surveillance teams to ensure that governance structures around financial crime monitoring are effective.What do I need?Extensive experience in financial crime surveillance, compliance, or governance (ideally in 2nd line)Experience in writing risk papers for senior committeesExperience in managing Major IncidentsProven track record in overseeing and coordinating second-line and third-line assurance reviews in relation to financial crime surveillance and monitoring systemsDemonstrated experience in relationship management for internal stakeholdersWhy join us?Were obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and were looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
