Some of the tasks that you may be responsible for, in collaboration with the Registered Nurse, includecaring for a group of patients, patient admission and discharge, medication administration, wound care, pre- and post-operative care and liaising with medical staff and other health professionals.You will have the opportunity to continually develop, improve and promote bestevidence-basedpractice.Whats Included in the Graduate Program?Our 12-month program, available in full-time or part-time roles (minimum 30 hours/week), is designed to help early career nurses and midwives transition into independent practice and enhance their clinical skills. This program is paired with an additional Consolidation Year to ensure youre well-prepared to succeed. General, Perioperative, Mental Health, and Maternity (Registered Midwives only) graduate streams available depending on Hospital preference.
