Your role will include the following areas of responsibility:Customer Engagement & Sales Support:Handle foot traffic at Albury branch, ensure customers receive prompt & professional assistanceAnswer incoming sales calls for Albury branchQualify customer enquiries & hand over leads to Solutions SpecialistsManage smaller transactional quotes & sales ordersProvide customer support via phone & in-person interactionsAdministrative & Data Management:Data entry & maintenance of customer & sales recordsManage open orders for Albury, ensure timely fulfilment & follow-upsAssist with general admin duties as required to support sales operationsInventory & Display Management:Oversee Albuty branch product display, ensuring it is well-organised & visually appealingMaintain limited availability stock for immediate customer purchasesAssist in loading & unloading stock as requiredMiscellaneous: Undertake ad-hoc duties and tasks as directedWhat are we looking forPrevious experience in customer service, sales support or administrative rolesFamiliarity with CRM or sales management systems beneficialStrong customer service & interpersonal skills, including phone enquiriesAbility to qualify leads & escalate enquiries appropriatelyExperience with inventory management & stock handling an advantageAbility to undertake manual handling/physical lifting on occasionAbility to manage multiple tasks & prioritise workloadUnderstanding of the rural lifestyleForklift license (or willingness to obtain) is a plus, for stock handling dutiesWhy join usBuild a career in an industry-leading companyExcellent working environment in a great teamStandard office hours, with some flexibility where possibleDiverse and interesting role, supporting rural AustraliansWho Are WeClipex began from a strong desire to help people and find an easier way for farmers.
