The Ideal Candidate Netflix Animation Studios seeks an HRBP to partner with talented professionals and enhance the employee experience in Animation. The role focuses on fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, working closely with global studio teams, production units, and leadership. The HRBP will support talent strategy implementation, evolve HR practices, and lead initiatives such as culture adoption, organizational strategy, compensation, development, inclusion, and scaling efforts worldwide. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, influential leader with a creative problem-solving mindset, strong learning agility, and comfort with ambiguity. Passion for company culture is essential. Responsibilities Develop the capabilities of people leaders, grounding them in Netflix culture. Lead through change, navigate ambiguity, and maintain operational excellence. Proactively identify and address challenges. Utilize data to inform decisions and influence stakeholders. Drive talent strategies, support leaders with complex employee relations, and support organizational alignment and health. Support NAS studio integration, streamline workflows, and promote culture change. Coach and influence leaders on key HR decisions. Promote inclusive leadership to ensure a consistent employee experience across diverse backgrounds and locations. Qualifications and Experience 8+ years of strategic HR experience in dynamic environments. Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into talent solutions. Self-starter with attention to detail and strategic thinking. Stakeholder management and influencing skills, especially with senior leaders. Experience coaching on bias mitigation and fostering a consistent employee experience. Excellent communication skills. Expertise in change management and navigating complex situations. Experience leading strategic talent initiatives. Understanding of Australian Labor Laws. Experience in Film, TV, Gaming, or supporting creative populations is desirable. Experience in a matrix environment is a plus. This role is based in New South Wales, Australia.
