Joining our team offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in residents lives and contribute to Shepparton Villages'' success.About the RoleThis position involves dynamic reception and administrative duties within the Shepparton Villages Tarcoola administration team, including front reception, general administrative tasks, supporting payroll and accounts payable functions, and covering these roles during extended leave. The ideal candidate must be adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Handling front desk reception duties, managing phone and face-to-face enquiriesOverseeing mail and bankingReconciling petty cash, preparing payment requisitions, and managing office suppliesFiling and archivingAssisting Independent Living Unit Residents with enquiriesSupporting payroll operations, including conducting payroll and superannuation auditsSupporting accounts payable during staff leaveEssential skills and attributes (selection criteria):Friendly and welcoming disposition suitable for a front-facing roleExtensive experience with Windows-based computer systems (Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel)Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to meet deadlines and manage workload efficientlyExperience managing administrative and finance tasksSolid problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated and capable of working independentlyOrganised, systematic, and adaptable in a dynamic environmentStrong teamwork and leadership abilities aligned with SRVs valuesExperience with payroll, accounts payable, and modern awards/enterprise agreements is desirable, as is experience in the aged care or health sector.Benefits & CultureWe value our team and their work.
