This is an office-based role as you will be working directly with your manager and supporting the team on a day-to-day basis.You will coordinate the administrative activities of the Group and the Group Manager''s Office, including but not limited to:Prepare for senior level meetings, including gathering, collating, distributing related materials and organising diaries.Arranging travel and accommodationDeveloping and organising presentations and associated materialsPreparing replies to often sensitive or confidential correspondenceEstablishing and maintaining an appropriate information management systemThis role involves liaising with executives and senior leadership teams across the Ministry, often dealing with matters of a highly confidential and sensitive nature. It requires someone who will bring professionalism, maturity, and discretion as well as their can-do attitude to the role. Pkenga/Skills And ExperienceThe Executive Support to the General Manager is a crucial role in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment.
