This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a passionate marketing professional who wants to make a genuine impact in the education sector.About the Role: Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns Craft engaging content across digital, print, and social media Work closely with Admissions to drive student recruitment Collaborate on school events, promotions, and publications Shape brand identity and enhance student and family engagementKey Responsibilities: Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with enrolment goals Create dynamic digital content, newsletters, and publications Manage website updates and brand consistency across all materials Coordinate promotional events, including open days and information sessions Oversee paid advertising, SEO, and social media campaigns Drive lead generation and monitor campaign performance Work closely with the Communications and Development team, Admissions, and AlumniWhat Were Looking For: Tertiary qualification or strong experience in marketing, communications, or similar Proven experience in marketing and student recruitment (education sector desirable) Strong digital marketing skills CMS, social media, and email marketing platforms Excellent written and verbal communication Proactive, adaptable and collaborative mindset Genuine passion for education and brand storytellingBonus Points: Experience with school-based or not-for-profit marketing Confident writing editorial content, media releases, and speeches Skilled in engaging a diverse community, including students and parents Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a high-performance team The school is committed to safeguarding children and young people.Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Working with Children Check, Police Check, and complete Safeguarding Training.For more info, contact Tracey.Purcell@persolkelly.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
