About The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join TasNetworks in this newly created role of Business Performance Lead, working across the Operations Group at TasNetworks, primarily driving continuous improvement, reporting, and governance.The Operations Group provides the full end-to-end value chain for the delivery of TasNetworks services, including engineering, asset management, planning and design, works delivery, field operations, and network operations and planning. Major transmission projects are also part of the Executive Operations'' remit.The Program Delivery And Systems Team Is Responsible ForDeveloping programs and strategic plans that optimise resources and deliver favourable outcomes, andManaging end-to-end portfolio controls and governance to drive overall business performance.The Business Performance Lead plays a pivotal role within the business, defining, measuring, and tracking key performance metrics, ensuring end-to-end visibility of programs and projects to diverse stakeholders. The role will also involve developing and embedding Portfolio and Project Management governance across the Operations Group.About YouTo succeed in this role, you''ll have extensive experience in a similar role, holding a bachelors degree in commerce, business, or related fields, with a proven track record of effective leadership.
