About The RoleJoin TasNetworks as our Organisational Development Operational Lead and play a key role in strengthening our leadership, capability, and culture.As the Organisational Development Operational Lead, youll manage a talented team of specialists and lead the design and delivery of frameworks and initiatives that enhance leadership and management capability, talent and succession planning, change management, and performance management across the business.The role will foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, ensuring our people are empowered and engaged in organisational development and aligned to the TasNetworks strategic objectives.Duties Of This Role IncludeLead, coach, and inspire a skilled team of professionals, whilst supporting business leaders with employee developmentDesign and implement OD programs and frameworks that drive leadership capability, support workforce planning, improve employee engagement, and enable sustainable performanceSupport talent management strategies, including succession planning and leadership capability developmentDrive enterprise-wide change initiatives, embedding strong change management principlesAbout YouIf youre a seasoned leader, passionate about shaping high-performance cultures and driving strategic and impactful organisational development initiatives, we would love to hear from you.To Succeed In This Role, You Will BringProven experience in organisational development or HR leadership, ideally within a similar size organisation, holding a relevant tertiary qualificationA track record of designing and delivering OD programs that deliver measurable impactStrong leadership and people management skills, with a collaborative and empowering approachStrategic thinking and the ability to translate organisational goals into practical workforce solutionsExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing skillsWhat''s on offerThis is a Permanent full-time opportunity offering an attractive remuneration and benefits package.At TasNetworks, we want to power a bright future for our people, our community, and our customers.
