This FIFO opportunity (6:2 roster from Perth) offers the chance to work on high-impact construction programs vital to long-term safety, reliability, and plant performance - such as Dust Suppression, Gas Treatment Units, Guarding, and Overhead Protection systems.In this leadership role, youll manage the full commercial lifecycle of major workstreamsdeveloping strategy, running tenders, administering contracts, and guiding supplier relationships. Youll also lead a team of four Contracts Specialists and work closely with the senior leadership group to drive commercial performance across the portfolio.This isnt just about managing contracts - its about influencing capital strategy, mentoring talent, resolving complex claims, and aligning procurement outcomes with business goals. Youll collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Projects, Engineering, and Site Operations, using your expertise to navigate challenges and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Were seeking a strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and deep experience in construction contracts, ideally within the mining or heavy industrial sectors.
