This role is based on the Sunshine Coast at Nambour Plaza, where you will work within a close knit and dynamic Centre Management team. This role will allow you to showcase your excellent administration and organisational skills while having the opportunity to input across the shopping centre marketing and casual leasing. A diverse role where no two days will be the same!Key responsibilities will include;Administrative support to the Centre ManagerMaintain strong working relationships with Tenants, Contractors and on-site staffAccounts payable and receivable, rent collection and arrearsEnsuring all lease administration is processed in a timely mannerReconciliation of petty cash and marketing gift cardsUndertake Reception and office management duties as requiredAbility to raise work orders/purchase orders and interpret budgetsMaintain Key Registers and generate financial reports as requiredCollect and enter data to collate monthly sales reports, adhering to deadlines.Casual Leasing - source clients, manage bookings, payments of fees, site management and maintain equipmentHelp manage the Marketing of the Centre, social media, website & reconciliation of monthly budget and reporting.What Sets You ApartDemonstrated previous administrative experience within the real estate industry, favourably retailExceptional organisational and time management skills with a proactive attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA proven ability to adapt and learn quicklyHigh attention to detailStrong retailer focusThe ability to work independently and initiative to drive personal productivityHighly organised and professional presentationA proactive nature, be punctual and reliable - be able to think on their feetIntermediate skills in Microsoft OfficeMRI experience an advantage but not essentialMarketing and Social Media experience desirableWhat Sets Us ApartWe actively seek out people who possess that rare mix of work ethic, rock solid integrity and attentiveness to client needs.
