You will oversee and support the pharmacy team to ensure the efficient operation of the dispensary. Your responsibilities include meeting all professional and ethical standards required of a pharmacist and ensuring the pharmacy functions optimally within United Chemists guidelines. About You: We seek a hands-on manager with an enthusiastic can-do attitude who can develop and motivate your team to meet the healthcare needs of our customers. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience with Dispense Works software is preferred but not essential Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team Flexible, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges Empathetic and able to relate to diverse individuals High accuracy and attention to detail Availability to work across store hours, including alternate Sundays What We Offer: An attractive salary package, commensurate with experience, will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
