The Opportunity We seek a dynamic and experienced Program and Experience Lead to support regional functions such as Rostering and Allocations, Workforce Planning, HR, Risk, and IT, with Service Delivery. This role ensures efficiency and collaboration with both customers and staff, facilitating positive relationships between our head office teams and frontline employees. Your Role Will Involve Leading frontline teams, ensuring clear communication and shared goals. Identifying skill gaps for capability uplift programs. Aligning rosters with operational demands to prevent conflicts. Addressing staffing challenges to meet business needs. Mentoring teams, ensuring policy compliance. Supervising staff and volunteers on complex tasks. Implementing procurement and finance policies smoothly. Balancing budget and resource needs. Building strong networks with stakeholders. Coordinating service delivery with corporate initiatives. Collaborating with corporate services such as Finance, IT, and WHS. Managing cross-functional challenges. Ensuring compliance with legislation and standards. Leading quality improvement initiatives. Compiling accurate reports on service delivery and compliance. Minimum Qualifications and Experience A relevant degree or equivalent experience in business, human services, or a related field. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing operational alignment between corporate and service functions. Ability to work autonomously, exercising judgment in problem-solving and decision-making. Familiarity with legislation, compliance, and quality standards relevant to service delivery and corporate operations.
