Youll lead teams, mentor junior team members, grow your career, and ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on time to the highest standard. Your responsibilities include:Successfully managing projects from pre-construction to handover and defect liabilityLeading and mentoring project teamsEnsuring compliance with building specs, standards and EHSQ requirementsEffective relationships and communication with clients, subbies and stakeholdersHandling tender interviews, contract management, and subcontractor negotiationsManaging the construction programme and project delivery systemsFinancial reporting and identifying profit improvementsAbout youExperience working for a principal contractor in a project management roleA natural leader and team playerAdaptable, solutions-focused, and calm under pressureExperience with MS Projects, Procore and Jobpac (handy, but not essential)Why were a great place to workWe have the ambitious vision to be the place where everyone wants to work.
