Act as an effective member of the multidisciplinary team. Deliver care and administer medication within the legal boundaries of enrolled nurse practice. Follow service quality standards and WHS policies to ensure safe, high-quality services and workplaces. Foster a positive workplace culture by role modelling appropriate behaviour. Be adaptable to shift work and redeployment to other clinical areas as needed. Selection criteria: Essential Current registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Completion of an approved NMBA course in medication administration and intravenous therapy. Ability to coordinate client care under supervision, leading to positive clinical outcomes. Effective written and verbal communication skills to contribute within the multidisciplinary team. Understanding of social and cultural challenges faced by vulnerable groups and the nurse''s role in supporting them. Knowledge and application of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) principles in healthcare.
