About the role Reporting to the Store Manager, youll have full accountability for the running of the store during evening and night trade. About you and your skills Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment Direct leadership experience as youll need to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets and control costs Ensure visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met to inspire customers and keep things simple Be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers Drive a one team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members'' health, safety, and wellbeing Whats in it for you?
