This is an exciting opportunity to lead quality initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where food safety and continuous improvement are at the heart of operations.This role offers flexibility between 0.6 and 1.0 FTE (3 to 5 days per week) and provides a competitive salary package.Whats on offer:Great salary based on experienceFlexible working arrangements (part-time to full-time).Opportunity to lead and shape quality processes across the business.Supportive and collaborative team culture.Key responsibilities:Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including Fresh Care, Fair Farms, and HARPS.Prepare and lead external audits, ensuring full compliance with standards.Oversee food safety and hygiene procedures, including HACCP systems.Mentor and support Quality Control Officers to uphold high-quality standards.Analyse customer feedback and implement corrective actions as needed.Maintain accurate documentation and reporting processes.Collaborate with production teams to ensure all products meet strict quality requirements.About you:Certification in Quality Management Systems (Fresh Care, SQF, Global GAP or equivalent).HACCP certification with strong experience in food safety systems.Well-versed in OH&S compliance and workplace safety regulations.Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proficient in MS Office and other software.Desirable:First Aid certification.Experience in fresh produce or food manufacturing environments.Be part of a business that is proud to deliver premium-quality products and values excellence in everything we do.To apply:Click Apply Now to submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
