These exciting new positions at New Horizons has been recently created following our recent company restructure.What you do and why?The Customer Engagement team aims to build strong relationships with customers at a local level by bringing back a personal touch to our customer and employee experience and thereby driving commercial and community growth.The role focuses on the end-to-end management of our customer journeys, from first contact to onboarding to continued connection and retention. You will partner with other key customer experience teams, such as service delivery, finance, rostering, and marketing to ensure an incredible experience for all new and current customers. As a result, this role will contribute directly to commercial and community growth across New Horizons.A majority of the role will be finding the right products and service solutions to fit each customers unique needs, wants, dreams, goals, and preferences. This includes calling and meeting with new potential customers and current customers and their teams (support coordinators, allied health specialists, family, etc.) to better understand their support needs, and then providing product and service options that meet these needs walking them through one of our homes, connecting them with appropriate support services, etc.We currently have opportunities in the following regions:Hunter and Newcastle x 2Mid North Coast x 1Far North Coast x 1These positions require availability Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am and 8pm.Why Join New Horizons?Were committed to creating a workplace that supports your growth, work-life balance, and overall well-being.
