APM is seeking a Business Development Manager to build and maintain employer relationships within our Workforce Australia program, aiming to place participants into sustainable employment. This role will be based in Darwin, NT. Am I suited to being a Business Development Manager with APM? Experience in the Employment Services sector is not essential but highly regarded. If you are self-driven, motivated to succeed, and have experience in sales (Retail, Hospitality, or other), business development, account management, or outbound calling, this role could be ideal for you. A day in the life of a Business Development Manager Engage in outdoor activities building employer relationships and marketing job seekers to prospective employers. Develop and maintain employer and community networks. Collaborate with Employment Consultants to place participants into suitable jobs. Enjoy a fast-paced and challenging environment. Negotiate with employers to ensure successful job placements. Ensure compliance with database input and other requirements.
