Bulla Dairy Foods, a 100% Australian owned and operated company with a rich six-generation legacy, is seeking an Integrated Supply Planner to join our Customer Collaboration & Planning Process team. This role focuses on managing Bulla''s product supply performance to Metcash, developing effective replenishment plans, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations across our distribution network. Location & Work Arrangement Based in Macquarie Park, enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model, combining work-from-home days with 23 days in the Metcash office each week (Tuesday mandatory). Key Responsibilities Develop and implement replenishment plans based on stock requirements and network capabilities. Communicate with stakeholders regarding delivery issues and resolve replenishment exceptions. Monitor inventory levels and demand to identify shortages or excesses. Maintain strong relationships with Metcash and internal teams for alignment on supply and demand planning. Report on out-of-stocks, missed deliveries, and order issues regularly. Collaborate on demand management, system data adjustments, and inventory forecasting. Participate in seasonal planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or demand planning, preferably in FMCG. Understanding of Metcash processes and systems is desirable. Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High ethical standards and personal integrity. Willingness to learn and develop in the role. Valid drivers license and ability to travel interstate quarterly. Why Join Bulla?
