Location Melbourne Regional Distribution Centre in Dandenong South Key Responsibilities Manage automation uptime, asset reliability, quality, maintenance planning, and spare parts control to ensure optimal performance. Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment performance and lifecycle. Provide insights into asset failure early warning systems and drive RCA outcomes. Support development of maintenance plans based on FMEA and criticality analysis. Lead a culture of Continuous Improvement in site maintenance. Provide leadership and expertise to support equipment performance and reliability objectives. Support quality control across operational areas. Collaborate with automation equipment vendors and site teams. Manage budgeting and financial performance of maintenance services. Qualifications and Experience Experience in reliability engineering or maintenance management in automated environments. Proven contract and contractor management skills. Leadership skills to optimize team performance. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation tools. Experience with RCA and FMEA methodologies. Understanding of Condition Based Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance. Lean TPM / Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
