We''re looking to connect with experienced ICT Project Managers and Business Analysts who are open to working directly with clients on the ground in Tasmania. These are onsite opportunities across a range of projects, mostly within government.About the WorkTheres a growing demand for senior professionals who can walk into a complex environment, work with stakeholders, and get things moving. The work is varied: from planning and delivering large-scale ICT projects, to mapping out business processes, improving service delivery, or helping teams through digital change.These are client-facing roles, so we''re after people who are confident, adaptable, and comfortable navigating both business and technical conversations.We''re Looking For Experienced Senior Project Managers who can:Manage ICT projects from start to finish including, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reportingEngage confidently with senior stakeholders and keep everyone alignedCoordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver resultsAdapt delivery approaches (Agile, PRINCE2, hybrid) to suit the organisationWe''re looking for Experienced Senior Business Analysts who can:Work closely with business and ICT teams to understand and define requirementsRun workshops, document processes, and identify practical improvementsBridge the gap between users and technical teamsSupport delivery, testing, and rollout as neededWhat Youll Need:5 + years working in senior PM or BA roles on ICT or digital projectsStrong communication skills and the ability to build trust quicklyA proactive, hands-on approach. Youll be expected to hit the ground runningAlready living in Tasmania.Good to Have:Experience working with Tasmanian government or other government organisations.Familiarity with systems and environments like ERP, cloud, cyber, or data platformsRelevant certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, BABOK), though practical experience is just as importantInterested?Were building a pool of trusted professionals for current and upcoming opportunities across the state.
