Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion its a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.Your day at NTT DATANTT DATA is looking for a Transformation Office Manager to join our Strategy & Transformation teamAs a Transformation Office Manager, you will work collaboratively within and across project teams to manage the efficiency and effectiveness of our Transformation projects, and drive execution in support of NTT DATA ANZ goals and prioritiesWhat you''ll be doingKey Responsibilities:Maintains the effective running of the portfolio of projects the Transformation Office is driving from an operational perspective, leveraging the Microsoft Planner toolContributes towards developing and enforces governance frameworks and processes to ensure consistency and alignment with organisational strategiesContributes towards defining and implements project management standards and best practicesContributes towards establishing project management processes, templates and tools to ensure consistent and effective project deliveryDefines and implements project review and reporting requirements to track performance, milestones, risks and OKRs (objectives and key results)Generates reports and dashboards to provide visibility to stakeholders and senior managementSupports with providing training and development opportunities for project teamsIdentifies areas for improvement and implements lessons learned to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectivenessSupports with implementing risk management processes to identify, assess and mitigate project risksFacilitates risk reviews, support risk response planning and monitor risk mitigation actionsPerforms any other relevant task as requiredVersatile, flexible and resilient with excellent emotional intelligencePractical, hardworking, hands-on results-oriented with the ability to achieve high quality results drive outcomesExcellent ability to plan and organize effectivelyAbility to effectively work with senior stakeholders within the business, with excellent written communicationSelf-aware of strengths and weaknesses and embraces failure as an opportunity for learning and growthHigh attention to detail with the ability to apply problem solving and decision-making skillsWork in agile ways - collaboratively, with transparency and contribute to continuous improvementKnowledge, and Attributes:Seasoned, experienced professional; has complete knowledge and understanding of area of specializationUses evaluation, judgement and interpretation to select right course of actionWorks on problems of diverse scope where analysis of information requires evaluation of identifiable factorsAbility to identify and execute on opportunities for digitisation and automationResolves and assesses a wide range of issues in creative ways and suggests variations in approachInterpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationshipsWorks with others outside of own area of expertise, with the ability to adapt style to differing audiences and often advises others on difficult mattersImpacts short to medium term goals through personal effort or influence over team membersCurious about testing new approaches and working in agile ways, and willing to constructively challenge othersSelf-aware of strengths and embraces opportunities for learning and growthAccountable for own targets with work reviewed at critical pointsWork is done independently and is reviewed at critical pointsExcellent ability to plan and organize yourself and othersExcellent attention to detailRequired Experiences and Skills :Minimum of 5 years experience in program and project management office rolesSeasoned PMO experience gained in similar environment would be considered a big advantageSeasoned demonstrated understanding of the project life cycleSeasoned demonstrated competency in project change managementSeasoned proven experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraintsProficient user in the Microsoft 365 suite (including Planner, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)Academic Qualifications and Certifications:Bachelor''s degree or equivalent in project management or Business or Information Technology or a related fieldScrum and/or other PMO certifications or equivalent preferredWorkplace type:Hybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
