You will provide technical and trades support to ensure the safe operation and maintenance of vessels. Based at the Kuttabul Port Team Offices, you will manage subcontractors and oversee dockings, significantly contributing to our support for the Royal Australian Navy.In this role, you will:Manage docking projects from scope development to executionCoordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with maritime regulationsLead warranty processes and oversee quality assurance documentationSupport engineering investigations and liaise with vessel crewsManage schedules and control costs for dockingsApprove invoice claims and ensure administrative accuracy in asset systemsWhat We Seek in YouTo succeed in this role, you will have:A minimum Certificate III Trade qualification and relevant licenses (Drivers and Forklift)Extensive maritime experience, with at least three years in a senior or leadership roleKnowledge of RAN operations and asset maintenance practicesProficiency in MS Office and Asset Management SystemsThe ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectivelyA current First Aid CertificateYou must also be able to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
