Step inside life at Tyro here.About The RoleThis second-line Compliance role is a member of the team responsible for providing dedicated business facing second line compliance support to Tyros business units.What You''ll DoExecute the compliance monitoring program including completion of compliance monitoring to agreed schedules.Undertaken reviews of marketing material and provide compliance sign-off of those materials in line with set service level agreements.Monitor, manage and respond to Compliance relevant onboarding queries in line with expected timeframesEvaluate and advise on compliance issues.Manage escalated complaints, privacy, and credit reporting requests including those complaints referred to Tyros external dispute resolution body within regulated timeframes.Contribute to the design, implementation and on-going improvement of Compliance manuals and policies.Responsible for the identification and management of risk in day-to-day responsibilities.Comply with Tyro policies and procedures including completing mandatory training within the required timeframes.Role model positive risk behaviours and contribute towards a strong risk culture at Tyro.What you''ll bringAbility to build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.Strong reporting skills attention to detail with a data-driven / analytical approach.A team player who can work autonomously and is adaptable to change.Experience working in a risk, compliance and/or audit role, in a technology company or business unit operating in the finance or payments industry.Whats in it for you?Weve worked hard to create an environment thats big on diversity, inclusion, and flexibility, and one that suits the changing needs of team members across Australia.
