These full-time positions offer a unique opportunity to utilise your expertise in the automotive truck trades industry and contribute to the success of our reputable organisation:Aftersales (Service and Parts) ManagerWorkshop ForemanParts InterpretersKey ResponsibilitiesOverseeing the Aftersales team and ensuring smooth operations as the Aftersales ManagerOverseeing the workshop team as the Workshop ForemanPerforming efficient and high-quality repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, including diesel models, as a Diesel TechnicianProviding exceptional customer service as a Service Advisor, managing client enquiries and bookingsInterpreting customer needs and recommending appropriate parts and solutions as a Parts InterpreterWhat We''re Looking ForSignificant experience in the automotive trades, with a focus on aftersales, service, parts or diesel mechanicsStrong problem-solving and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve complex technical issuesExcellent customer service orientation and the ability to build positive relationships with clientsStrong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritiesRelevant trade qualifications or certifications in the automotive industryA passion for providing high-quality service and contributing to the success of the teamWhat We OfferWe are committed to creating a rewarding and supportive work environment for our employees.
