Chisholms culture of Belonging & Inclusion strives to promote a self-regulating culture that enhances the experiences of our employees, students and communities.ABOUT THE ROLEAs the Psychosocial Implementation Business Partner, your key responsibilities include:Leading the roll out and development of Chisholms psychosocial strategy.The development and implementation of Chisholms Psychosocial compliance, and initiatives to continuously improve the health, safety and psychological outcomes for all Chisholm employees and students.The development and implementation of systems and initiatives to continuously improve health and psychological outcomes for all Chisholm employees and students, creating a culture that promotes accountability and values the health and psychosocial safety of our employees.Providing expert psychosocial safety advice and support Chisholm managers, including incident investigations, root cause analysis and follow-up supportHSW audits, reporting and trend analysis to monitor and measure performance for improvement opportunities.The development and implementation of systems and initiatives to continuously improve HSW outcomes and create a culture that promotes accountability and values the wellbeing of our peopleABOUT YOUYou are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills and experience in implementing psychosocial safety programs or similar initiatives.Qualifications required for the role:Relevant Degree and relevant post graduate qualification and experience in safety, psychology, or in a related discipline; or lesser formal qualifications with extensive experience with management expertise in occupational psychology or a relevant fieldABOUT USChisholm is one of the largest vocational training providers in the state with a team of over 1,400 dedicated staff supporting 41,000 students who choose to study at Chisholm and training at our modern campuses across Melbournes southeast and online.
