Youll be the central point of contact between contractors, engineers, and project managers. Resolving issues in real-time and ensuring that work is carried out according to design specifications, environmental requirements, and WHS standards.Youll regularly be identifying and documenting leading safety indicators, conduct inspections, review construction drawings, monitor contractor performance, and keep project records up to date. When technical or contractual questions arise, youll work closely with internal teams to find practical solutions. You bring with you a strong focus on safety culture. Your strength lies in working within a large and diverse team as well as coordinating people and solving problems under pressure.
