If you are self-motivated and results-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.A day in the lifeWe have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to manage our retail Impulse customers in Port Macquarie and surrounding areas up to Tamworth region in NSW.We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing merchandisers, driving sales growth, and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory through in-store initiatives and executing a commercial plan.Key drivers for the role include introducing new lines, increasing distribution, maintaining trade standards, and building displays.Your key responsibilities will include:Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to meet sales targets within your territory.Building strong relationships with customers in the Impulse and Convenience channels.Conducting face-to-face meetings to understand customer needs, present products, and negotiate sales agreements.Collaborating with wholesalers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sales success.Managing a casual merchandiser within your territory.Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.Driving distribution, trade standards, and display building initiatives.Delivering on cycle priority KPIs.Regional Travel RequirementsThis role requires regular travel within your defined territory, including up to 5 nights away from home per month. You will need to plan your schedule efficiently and attend industry events and sales meetings.What will make you successful?Ideal candidates will have:Experience in sales and/or FMCG, preferably in Impulse channels or supermarkets, including store or department management.Basic proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PowerBi.An outgoing, approachable personality with a passion for sales.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.The ability to travel and stay away from home as required.A valid Full Drivers License.Legal working rights in Australia.BenefitsWork with an engaged team and grow your career with a global FMCG leader.
