This role leads the implementation of our WHS and risk frameworks and oversees audits, complaints resolution, incident management, and continuous improvement efforts.You will report directly to the CEO and mentor a small team including our WHS Officer, Quality and Risk Officer, and Participant Progress Coordinator.Key ResponsibilitiesLead internal and external audits (e.g., NDIS Practice Standards)Drive the implementation of risk, safety, and quality management systemsManage reportable incidents and ensure timely resolution of complaintsOversee the organisation''s incident management and continuous improvement cycleDeliver education on NDIS compliance and person-centred practicesMonitor legislative and regulatory changes and align internal processes accordinglyWhat Were Looking ForMinimum 3 years'' experience in a similar Quality/Risk leadership roleTertiary qualifications in Quality Management, Disability, WHS, Risk, or related fieldStrong knowledge of NDIS Quality & Safeguards Framework and relevant legislationExperience with internal audits, risk assessment, complaints handling, and compliance reportingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead change and engage stakeholdersSound project management and reporting capabilitiesRequirementsWorking with Vulnerable People Card (NDIS endorsed)National Police Check (within 6 months)First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011), CPR (HLTAID009), and Medication Admin (HLTHPS006).
