This work will significantly influence how child safety is understood, implemented, and continuously improved throughout the organisation. You will take the lead in managing child safety reports and concerns, conducting thorough investigations, and ensuring appropriate actions and supports are in place. Your responsibilities will also include developing and maintaining robust policies, procedures, and training programs that build awareness and compliance with the Child Safe Standards and relevant legislation.
