We have a great opportunity for a motivated Depot Attendant to join our team in Port Melbourne on a Permanent basis. This is a role where no two days are the same as you take on the responsibility for maintaining the operation of our depot and equipment. There will also be times where you may need to assist our service team out on the road.Some of the duties in this role include:Processing of sanitary bins on a daily basisMaintaining the effective operation and safe control of the depot and its equipmentComplete all relevant documentation in an accurate and professional mannerRespond to internal staff enquiries promptly and efficientlyReport inconsistencies in service delivery to the Service Manager or Service SupervisorFully understand team members roles and provide backup and support for planned and unplanned leaveRequirements:Ideally you will have the following experience and skills:Cleaning Industry or related industry experience.Experience within a warehouse environment.An intermediate level of computer literacy.A valid manual Australian drivers licence.A valid Forklift licence.Good customer service skills.Ability to work as part of a team.Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen and background checks.Benefits:Mobile phone, Uniform and on the job trainingSafety equipment to perform your dutiesFlexible hours - start early and finish earlyABOUT THE COMPANYAt Rentokil Initial, we are proud to be the global expert in pest, hygiene and indoor plant care.
