OFX has been a trusted innovator in global money movement for over 25 years.Purpose of your roleReporting to the Global Head of Sales Operations and Enablement and working closely with APAC Commercial Leadership, the Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving incremental revenue from the creation, design, execution and tracking of Commercial led campaigns and ensuring that regional sales processes and teams are running efficiently and effectively.You will be responsible for:Actively identifying opportunities & managing end-to-end campaigns in partnership with the frontline to drive incremental new & existing revenueImplementing and improving sales processes to support our global sales teamsThis role will be a key contributor to driving higher customer revenue and delivering strong commercial outcomes while also optimizing costs.What you doResponsible for proactively creating data led incremental revenue campaign ideas targeting both the acquisition funnel & existing clients score such ideas based on potential impact & effort to implement & gain alignment with Commercial leadership on what to prioritiseAccountable for end-to-end campaign implementation, frontline follow-up & regular sharing of results & insights of whats working & whats notActively seek & maintain a list of next best actions for cross sell & upsell of products to drive product penetrationResponsible for developing and maintaining key operational and forecasting reports to monitor and manage the daily commercial operationsLeverage existing sales data to derive more impactful sales insightsContribute to identifying needs and developing long-term sales strategies to ensure the right work processes are in place to meet revenue targetsWork collaboratively with different departments of the organization (IT, Marketing, Product, Compliance etc.) to improve workflows between groups and increase sales effectivenessSales Performance Optimization Optimizing Salesforce utilization and effectiveness, other sales tech solutions, call recording and analytics, and AI and ML integrationsLead Management - Responsible for improving automated lead distribution amongst Business Development Managers and Inside Sales and ensuring optimal pipeline managementSalesforce Adoption & Optimization - Drive Salesforce adoption and ensure effective utilization by providing training, support, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance sales productivitySales Process Documentation - Create and maintain comprehensive sales process documentation to ensure consistent practices across teams and regionsWhat you bringRelated university/college degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in Sales Operations at high growth companiesProven ability to analyse data, generate insights & influence the successful execution of initiativesProficient in MS Office Suite, Salesforce, Sales Enablement tools, Looker, Tableau, Power BIA proven change champion & a passion for improving the customer experiencePrevious experience in SaaS, financial services or fintech is an assetOutstanding communication and relationship-building skillsExperience working globally is an assetProven ability to deliver results within required deadlinesStrong advanced forecasting, reporting, and analytics skillsStrong attention to detail and lateral thinking skillsExcellent written & verbal communication skills including the ability to articulate technical detailHigh levels of self-motivation and desire for self-improvementWhat it''s like working at OFXWere OFXers because we want to make a difference.
