Job Description: Production ManagerJob Id: 40119 | Location: Knockrow, All Australia, AustraliaWe are seeking a motivated Production Manager to lead and oversee our manufacturing operations at Knockrow, New South Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for Site Safety, Engineering, Production, Planning, and Warehouse Management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.Responsibilities:Manufacturing: Manage daily manufacturing operations, drive process improvements, reduce costs and wastage, and align production capacity with business needs.EHS: Coordinate site Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs, ensure compliance with local regulations and Clariant policies, and promote a strong safety culture.Engineering: Oversee site maintenance and implement CapEx projects.GMP: Understand GMP codes, improve quality, and resolve customer complaints.People: Build and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and empowering staff.Management: Contribute as a member of the SCB management team to the overall success of the division.Requirements:Minimum 3 years experience in operations, engineering, or manufacturing roles, with knowledge of HSE and GMP regulations.Higher school certificate or equivalent.Degree in engineering (process or chemical) preferred.Experience in cosmetic ingredients, food and beverage, or related industries.Basic understanding of GMP and mechanical maintenance.Our Offer:Free onsite parking.Supportive and friendly team environment.Ongoing training and development opportunities.Clariant is a Swiss-based global specialty chemicals company committed to sustainability and innovation, with a focus on creating solutions that benefit both people and the planet.
