Our Joint Venture Partnership program is designed for experienced Store Managers ready to take the next step to become business owners and partners. As the Retail Partner, you will be responsible for the operations and profitability of the store and your team. You will be innovative, focused on maximizing efficiency, productivity, and performance, while providing a positive customer experience and working collaboratively with your team. You will also support Oscar Wylees strategy, adhere to industry regulations and compliance, and promote OW as the leading destination for optical care.
