We are now looking for a Loader Operator, Supply Chain based at our distribution site in West Richmond. Reporting to the Supply Chain Team Manager, the Loader Operator will be an integral member of the bakery distribution team, responsible for overseeing the daily processes including bakery network organisation, picking and packing orders for our customers, ensuring timely dispatch, and working toward KPIs. Shift Pattern: Tuesday: 4.00pm - 12.00am Thursday: 4.00pm - 12.00am Friday: 1.00pm - 9.30pm Saturday: 1.00pm - 9.00pm Qualifications and Skills: At least 2 years proven experience in supply chain or manufacturing Ability to communicate and interact with all types of people Self-motivated and enthusiastic Maintain accountability and responsibility within self and team Logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Planning and organising experience In return, you will join an established team within a large FMCG organisation during a period of growth and development.
