We value diversity, inclusion, and a people-first culture, offering dynamic career paths and opportunities to make a positive impact.The Strategic Insights Analyst will play a key role in developing predictive and prescriptive analytics, creating dashboards, and providing insights & recommendations to support senior leadership within Jewelry Services operations. This role requires an innovative self-starter with a vision for future needs, collaborating closely with operational leaders.Key Responsibilities:Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align analytics efforts with strategic initiatives.Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify operational pain points and opportunities.Translate large-scale data into clear insights and visualizations to inform decisions.Collaborate with leaders to identify strategic opportunities supported by data-driven insights.Manage analytics projects for specific business segments, delivering impactful insights.Utilize tools like SQL, Python, R, Alteryx, and visualization platforms to craft compelling data narratives.Support decision-making with predictive, prescriptive, and descriptive analytics, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative data.Communicate findings and priorities with stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.Promote an inclusive environment and uphold data accuracy and governance standards.Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field; Master''s preferred.At least 2 years of experience in predictive and prescriptive analytics.Experience with Alteryx, data modeling, and at least 1 year with SAS, SQL, and Python.Strong understanding of databases, back-end data systems, and dashboarding tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.Experience in retail or manufacturing is a plus.Excellent communication skills for conveying complex insights effectively.Perks and Benefits:Healthcare, dental, and vision insurance.Fertility benefits up to $15,000.401(k) matching after one year.Paid time off and holidays.Employee discounts and professional development programs.Additional Information:Employment type: Full-timeJob function: Research, Analyst, ITIndustry: Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
