We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and innovative General Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day operations of this new asset, setting new benchmarks in service, style, and resident satisfaction. Spanning leasing strategy, financial management, resident engagement, and team development, you will oversee every element of operations with passion, purpose and precision.Key responsibilities include:Drive the propertys financial growth by maximising income, exceeding targets, and implement leasing strategies to reduce vacancies and increase renewalsOversee all property operations, ensuring compliance, risk management, and high standards of presentation and service across the assetExecute mobilisation efforts to ensure a seamless launch and flawless operational kick-offBuild the ultimate resident experience that exceeds service expectations by implementing feedback-driven improvements.Develop a high-performing team focused on best in class service and professionalism.Act as the main liaison between leadership, clients, and partners to ensure fluid communication.About You:With a background in BTR, property or hotels, you will possess a strong understanding of commercial acumen, rental market dynamics, pricing strategies, and customer engagement. As a strong leader, you will inspire teams, excel in communication and problem-solving, and deliver high-end customer service to foster thriving communities and memorable experiences.
