Over the past 4 years, we have been successfully managing BTR properties across Australia with several projects in the pipeline.Role Overview:Be part of a bold new chapter in Melbournes BTR scene as The Archive makes its debut. We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and innovative General Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day operations of this new asset, setting new benchmarks in service, style, and resident satisfaction. Spanning leasing strategy, financial management, resident engagement, and team development, you will oversee every element of operations with passion, purpose, and precision.Key responsibilities include:Drive the propertys financial growth by maximising income, exceeding targets, and implementing leasing strategies to reduce vacancies and increase renewals.Oversee all property operations, ensuring compliance, risk management, and high standards of presentation and service across the asset.Execute mobilisation efforts to ensure a seamless launch and flawless operational kick-off.Build the ultimate resident experience that exceeds service expectations by implementing feedback-driven improvements.Develop a high-performing team focused on best-in-class service and professionalism.Act as the main liaison between leadership, clients, and partners to ensure fluid communication.About You:With a background in BTR, property, or hotels, you will possess a strong understanding of commercial acumen, rental market dynamics, pricing strategies, and customer engagement. As a strong leader, you will inspire teams, excel in communication and problem-solving, and deliver high-end customer service to foster thriving communities and memorable experiences. More about you:Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a commitment to exceeding targets and performance indicators.Valid Agents Rep Licence Estate Agents licence preferred (VIC).Proven leasing experience in the residential, commercial, and/or retail property sector.Demonstrated ability to meet targets and exceed KPIs.Strong financial acumen with a sharp eye for performance and profitability.Unrestricted working rights in Australia.Valid National Police Check.Interested in The Archive?
