About the opportunityOur clients 100+ seat casual dining operation is a vital part of the city''s hospitality scene, located in one of the premier food and beverage districts across Greater Melbourne.This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll work alongside Assistant Managers, Restaurant Supervisors, and Floor Staff to set service standards and create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment.Youll be responsible for switching between managing service on certain days and performing essential operational duties, including recruitment and training, budgeting and P&L management, and performance management.As General Manager, you''ll identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to implement positive change.
