We are seeking a motivated and high-performing individual to work within our Investigations team! As a Trainee Factual Investigator, you will work closely with our Investigations team in the day-to-day operations of our division. The Role Preparation and writing of formal reports and documents for clients; Review investigator field notes; Conduct enquiries and liaise daily with clients and investigators; Ongoing investigations administration and support. About You: Proven administration experience (1-2 years); An interest in investigations and/or law enforcement; Excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling, and report preparation abilities; Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office); Time management and organisational skills; Great customer focus and dedication; A confident and pleasant approach to phone and email enquiries; A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
