Exciting opportunity to join Margaret Rivers leading wine groupHands-on, fast-paced role in a growing, visionary teamRespected West Australian private companyPermanent part time role (20-30 hrs pw)A rare opportunity to join a leading Australian wine group and work across two exceptional wine estates, Vasse Felix and Ide Fixe, in a direct-to-consumer sales and marketing position. We are seeking a customer-centric, results-orientated and collaborative team member, with a flair for brand-led sales and a digital prowess to lead our celebrated wine club. Youre a strong and personable communicator with commercial acumen and a background in luxury sales, customer experience, fulfilment, CRM and loyalty. Youll thrive on working cross-functionally to champion our wine club members. and execute a best-in-class program that delivers the strategic plan for the wine club.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute omni-channel Club calendar, engaging with brand, customer service and hospitality teams to achieve sales and CX KPIs.In collaboration with Hospitality Managers, embed Club goals within customer facing teams.Devise and deliver initiatives to achieve subscription club growth and retention targets.Drive customer loyalty through developing and delivering personalised customer experiences.Maintain CRM system accuracy and data maintenance procedures, in collaboration with Customer Service.Proactively conduct outbound personal sales initiatives (digital, phone) to maximise member experience and commercial outcomes.Oversee fulfilment of subscription service, The Wine Porter, working with the Customer Service team.Work with the Brand team to maximise campaigns for the Club and ensure deadlines are achieved.Engage with third-party agencies to program, brief and lead outbound campaigns as relevant.Develop digital campaigns for the Club, create EDMs, landing pages and graphics.Ensure the online Club portal experience functions at a first-class level.Work with Customer Service team to plan fulfilment schedule and staffing for major campaigns.Work with Brand team to develop world-class Club promotional materials.Engage with customers at the wineries and events, as relevant.Coordinate Club events program, working across the team to deliver KPIs.Manage budgeting, forecasting and overall development of the wine club.Skills And Attributes5+ years of experience in a sales and marketing or an ecommerce position.Proven experience in delivering sales plans and campaigns in digital, phone and in-person channels.Meticulous attention to detail and well-developed communication skills.High level abilities with CRM system (Commerce 7 and Klaviyo would be an advantage).Well-organised and dynamic with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and deadlines.Agile and motivated to actively achieve commercial and CX targets.Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to engage with staff, customers and stakeholders of varying backgrounds to drive outcomes and achieve deadlines.Highly energetic and a self-starter with the ability to work within a team and autonomously.Experience working with luxury products or services would be an advantage.Applications close: 30 June 2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr
